• Conclusion: Swiss Professional certificate building practitioner EBA

Continuing education & career opportunities

After basic training, there are many paths open: From specialized skilled workers to foremen or polishers — construction offers opportunities for anyone who wants to take on responsibility.

Possible continuing education:

Salary as a construction worker in Switzerland

Compensation in the construction sector is fair and clearly regulated (GAV). It depends on experience, function and region.

• EBA learners: staggered according to apprenticeship year
• After completion of apprenticeship: approx. CHF 4'500 — 5'200/month
• With experience/specialization: CHF 5'200 — 5'800/month
• Polisher or foreman: CHF 6,000+/month
